Our apart hotel offers you a cosy atmosphere and an economically smart solution. Our rates are decreasing depending on the length of stay and particularly attractive for the stays’ duration over 7 nights. The rates are broken down:
The rates are all fees included, excluding city tax, but including the cleaning service and the renewal of linen according to the length of stay.
The per night rate is applied for continuous uninterrupted stay. For stays longer than 29 nights a prepayment for each month is required, by bank transfer or credit card.
The security deposit for stays at or above 89 nights, amounts to 300 €.
Promotional rates for stays from 29 nights and over can decrease by 15% and up to 45% comparing ordinary rates, depending on the length of the stay. Please, do not hesitate to contact for more information.
The loyalty is rewarded with personalized and constant rates as well as “BUSINESS” contracts.
There are preferential rates reserved for companies too.
