- In case of late arrival, at your request we leave the keys of your apartment in a key box.
Simplified booking and payment
- For any specific request, you can send us an email. Upon receipt, we will make a detailed proposal. As soon as it is accepted, you receive the confirmation documents during the same day.
Apartments and maintained equipment
- The apartments are checked before each arrival both in terms of cleanliness and the proper functioning of its equipment.
A helpdesk opened 24 h / 24 h
- A concierge resides on site and provides security services 24 hours a day. He/she also remains available to answer any request from residents.
