The Aparthotel

Résidence Paris Asnières is made up of about fifty flats divided between two buildings each with lifts. The A block of 4 floors gives out onto the street with frontal garden and balconies. The flats in B block are on 6 floors and have a view either onto a large bamboo garden or onto a landscaped area with lawn and bamboo. This garden and its furniture is also relaxing and is a very pleasant place in the summer. There is direct access from B block to another relaxing area “The Nautilus” where residents have full use of the fitness room the laundry room and the lounge with internet.

Fixtures and fittings

The decoration of each flat has been given special attention in colour and furniture so as to be practical and friendly.

All the flats are fully furnished and have the following:

• hall with cupboard and hanging space,
• bathroom with bath and hairdryer, and in some, a shower, etc...
• kitchen with electric hotplates, fridge, micro-wave, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, cupboards, utensils crockery, etc…
• living room with a large window (and a balcony in some cases), and depending on the category, a double bed and a sofa bed, or two single beds, TV, telephone, etc…

Linen (sheets, quilts, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels) are provided. The bed is made for the occupant’s arrival and the linen is changed at each cleaning.
